Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates
If you need to
make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at
info@zorawchocolates.com.
We are able to cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
This includes:
Cancelling your order
Adjusting items in your order
Updating your shipping address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us immediately. We can update your address only before the order has shipped. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery details.
Please note that due to our fast processing times, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you in time.
