Please note that certain locations—such as Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes—may not be eligible for free shipping due to higher carrier costs or delivery limitations.

At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs or local climate. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.

For standard options like Expedited Shipping, Subscription Shipping, and USPS Shipping, delivery typically takes between 3–10 business days from the time the order is shipped. These options do not include insulated materials or gel packs.

If you need faster delivery or are ordering in warmer climates, we recommend selecting Insulated Express Shipping. This option typically delivers within 1–2 business days (excluding PO boxes and remote areas) and includes insulated liners and gel “ice” packs to help protect your chocolate during transit.

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

All orders are shipped via courier and we do not offer local pickup.
